Side effects of Geritol
Side effects of Geritol are the followings:
- constipation, diarrhea;
- nausea, vomiting, heartburn;
- stomach pain, upset stomach;
- black or dark-colored stools or urine;
- temporary staining of the teeth;
- headache;
- unusual or unpleasant taste in your mouth.
But if you have any of these serious symptoms it is necessary to visit your doctor immediately:
- bright red blood in your stools;
- pain in your chest or throat when swallowing a ferrous fumarate tablet.
