Yohimbine is a medication that increases the amount of blood that is allowed to flow into the penis and prevents blood from flowing out of the penis. It is effective in the treatment of impotence and helps to cause an erection.
Side effects of Yohimbine
This medication can cause the following side effects:

Indication
Yohimbine is aimed to treat and diagnose some types of impotence. Yohimbine has been used to increase low blood pressure in certain cases of male impotence. This medication is effective in the treatment of male sexual function problems (impotence or erectile dysfunction). This medication is not indicated for use in women. It is also not recommended for use in children or older adults.
Precautions
You should not take this medicine if you have the following conditions:
- have kidney disease
- have peptic ulcer disease (stomach ulcers)
- are suffering from depression
- are being treated for a psychiatric condition
- have any type of heart disease
Dosage forms
The dose should be determined exactly by the doctor. All the cases are individual. It is recommended to take each dose with a full glass of water. This medicine should not be taken more than 3 times a day. You should keep this medication at room temperature and protect from moisture and heat.
