Nervous pregnancy – children with asthma

Experts from Mejlmensky public health school at the Colombian university came to a conclusion that the risk of development of asthma at child raises, if his mother during pregnancy has transferred stress or depression. The statistics shakes: 70 % of mothers, whose pregnancy accompanied anxieties and depressions, have informed that their child till 5 years suffered problems with respiratory system. Now scientists should find out the mechanism of influence of mental health of the pregnant woman on risk of development of asthma from its child in order to develop preventive maintenance effectual measures
