Change the way you eat. A little at a time so you don't lose ierstent. Eat more lean chicken than red meat. Try fish too. Don't eat as many processed food (ones in a box or fast food). Try to eat fresh veggies or fruit. When you get them home from the store prepare them for snacking so when you are hungry they are just as easy to grab as a bag a of chips. Instead of ice cream buy popsicles, they are still sweet but are better for you. Start cutting soda out of your diet (you will save on calories and money). If you normally drink it all day cut the amount in half and then two weeks later cut that amount in half as well. Kepp doing it until you have cut it out completely or takenit down to one a day.Next you need to get into some kind of exercise routine. Start walking inthe evenings (east to do now that it is cooling off in most places). Start off by going a mile (not as far as you think it is, if you need to drive your car and map where you want to go). Each time you walk go a little faster and a little farther. Before you know it you'll be losing weight. If you can find someone to walk with you it is better and safer. You will have someone to support you and keep you moving on the days you don't want to.
