The diet rich in B complex vitamin (Choline) helps to slow down the process of aging of the brain and improves memory. To such conclusion have come scientists from the Boston University, writes The Daily Mail. As they mark, the main sources of this vitamin are chicken meat, eggs, sea fish and bean.

Researchers have found out that people consuming choline in a considerable quantity, have shown the best results at testing of memory and have been less subject to the age changes of a brain connected with dementia. According to one of the researchers - doctors Rode Au, the diet influences a human body, including the brain. She also has underlined that any product can't be magic diet for dementia.

"I think that the healthy and balanced food is important for people of middle age",-says Rode. It is necessary to note that the previous research has shown that the Mediterranean diet including fish, vegetables and olive oil, also renders salutary effect.

The analysis of research of health of heart has been put in a basis of the latest work of scientists. 1400 people have taken part in work of experts at the age from 36 till 83 years, which from 1991-1995 answered to the questions concerning a daily diet, later (1998-2001) volunteers were tested for memory and others cognitive abilities, and also MRI of the brain. Scientists have established that the people consuming more of products with choline, have shown more good results. MRI has also shown that their hyperintensity of white substance was less often marked; they have been less subject to diseases of vessels of the brain, risk of developing a stroke and dementia.

Scientists recommend consume Choline daily 550mg for men and 425mg for women.
