The problem of obesity disturbs the European doctors
The European physicians have seriously attended to a problem of obesity of population. Today more and more patients who suffer from adiposity address to the clinics of Germany and other countries of Europe. According to the report of the European committee the greatest degree of overweight have the inhabitants of Great Britain – more than 24 % were registered. The data of experts testifies that the quantity of people suffering from obesity was enlarged twice during the last 20 years. Latvian, Austrian, German doctors are worried – as in these countries 16, 9 %, 12, 4 % and 13, 6 % of population with overweight are recorded accordingly. Least of all the given problem concerns Romania and Switzerland – 7, 9 % and 8, 1 % of patients.
31 European states participated in the conducted research. Besides the statistics has shown that only 20 % of children of the Old World do regular physical exercises.
Diagnostics of the reasons of obesity and its treatment of patients with overweight in Europe is very developed direction of medicine. Annually millions euro are fund in new researches on the problems of overweight. However the data of the report point out that the main scourge is disadvantage of physical activity of the population of Europe. It leads to obesity, as a result provoking pathologies of heart, joints, diabetes and some types of tumors.
