How to prevent Hangover

Excessive alcohol drinking on holidays leaves people in a washed out state the next morning.
According to the study led by Dr. Aaron Michelfelder from Loyola University Health System family, people should plan to drink moderately before party. It means that the maximum of alcohol should include 5 drinks for men and 3 drinks for women during a 3 hour.
You may take Ibuprofen or Aleve in order to prevent inflammation.
First of all, people should eat during the party and then drink, because food slows the absorption of alcohol.
It is also important to drink slowly. Michelfelder supposes that drinking a glass of water after each alcoholic drink and also taking a B vitamin supplement can prevent dehydration.
After the party, people should not consume alcohol and drive, they should get as much sleep as possible.
On the next morning, people should take another B vitamin and drink lots of water.
Exercising is also effective, because during vigorous exercise blood circulates 3 times faster. And the faster people circulate blood through their liver and kidneys, the faster their body will remove the toxins.
Michelfelder also disagrees with the fact that coffee prevent or help a hangover, it just makes a person more alert.
