World’s fattest man lives in London
Do you know who the fattest person in the world is? Keith Martin has bagged the title of the world’s fattest man. He is 42 years of old and live in London. Keith Martin weighs 58 stones or 368.32 kg.
Martin took over the “title” after Mexican Manuel Uribe, who is still listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the heaviest man, confirmed that he went on a diet to reduce his weight to a trim 31 stone. Martin requires a constant presence of 8 ambulance workers to lift him on to a reinforced vehicle for frequent hospital visits and 18 doctors including carers and nurses.
Martin said that he lost interest in everything except food after the death of his mother when he was aged 16. “My mother died when I was 16 and I didn’t care about anything after that and I couldn’t care less about what happened to me - I ate anything and everything. I blame myself. It was my fault and I hate what I have done to myself.”

(1)26 years had passed after his mother's death, i think it is just a excuse. I think the real cause of his obesity is no love. If a person has someone who loves him, he will do everything. In this case, Keight has no such a person that's why he just sit at home and eat
