Scientists have found out the most appropriate time for having sex.
According to a study, having sex at 7:30 am is one of the best ways which can make your day healthy and happy.
At 7:30 am, the body produces a surge in sex hormones and a rush of adrenalin to get a person going in the morning.
Suzie Hayman, sex therapist, said:
"You will both be rested, with heightened senses. As you are still waking up, you tend to be more responsive."
Additionally, Italian researchers revealed that it is also the time most couples are likely to orgasm and conceive.
